Pears

Pears

Pears are available all year-round because they are grown in different regions of the world, in both the northern and southern hemispheres, with a wide array of varieties.

We can classify them as summer pears and winter pears, depending on when they are consumed. Technically speaking, they are differentiated by cold requirements for ripening.
