Peppers

We sell more than 1,500 tons of peppers: Lamuyo, Italian, padron and spicy. For spicy peppers, we have selected the spiciest and most exotic varieties, such as the starter pepper, capel hot, and habanero, selling them in bulk or tray packaging. We have recently added the new snacking pepper (mini – sweet) in its different colors (red, yellow and orange) or mixed, to our range of products.

 

We work with different farmers located in diverse parts of the geographic peninsula and Morocco.

Features:

The pepper belongs to the solanaceae family. Its shapes and colors are very variable (green, red, yellow, orange) and the inside has pulp that can taste either spicy or sweet, depending on the variety. Its main attribute is its high vitamin A, B, C and E content.

More common varieties:

Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Morron Peppers, Sweet Italian Peppers, Hot Peppers, Piquillo Peppers, Padrón Peppers, Guernika Peppers.

And depending on the pepper, they can be square, long or rectangular.

Optimal maintenance temperature:

7-10º C.

Origin:

Spain and Morocco.
